Fall Seminar Series: Home Canning

Do you want to know how to save your home-grown veggies and fruits for the entire year?  Maybe you already do some canning, but would like to learn more in order to keep your family safe from food-borne illness.  Come join us this Thursday, August 20 at 5:30 PM for our free seminar on Home Canning, given by MSU extension agent Nori Pearce.  This is a great way to save money by perserving your produce, or even get ahead of the holiday rush by making gift jams or salsas.  Nori is a valuable resource in this area and we are excited to host her for this interesting seminar and Q&A session.
